Booking Confirmation:

Health and Travel Insurance:

• It is mandatory for all participants to have comprehensive travel and medical insurance that covers trekking activities at high altitudes.

Liability Waiver:

• Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before the start of the trek, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with trekking and releasing Highland Adventure from any liabilities.

Force Majeure:

• Highland Adventure is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

Minimum Participation:

• reserves the right to cancel a trek if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative trek option will be offered.

Complaints:

• Any complaints or issues during the trek should be communicated to the Highland Adventure representative immediately to allow for prompt resolution.
• By confirming a booking with Highland Adventure participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
