Booking Terms
Booking Confirmation:
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, as specified in the booking details.
Payment Policy:
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Full payment is due [number of days/weeks] prior to the trek departure date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Participant Responsibilities:
- Participants are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, visas, and permits required for the trek.

Health and Travel Insurance:
- It is mandatory for all participants to have comprehensive travel and medical insurance that covers trekking activities at high altitudes.
Liability Waiver:
- Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before the start of the trek, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with trekking and releasing Highland Adventure from any liabilities.
Force Majeure:
- Highland Adventure is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
Minimum Participation:
- reserves the right to cancel a trek if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative trek option will be offered.
Complaints:
- Any complaints or issues during the trek should be communicated to the Highland Adventure representative immediately to allow for prompt resolution.
- By confirming a booking with Highland Adventure participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
- Highland Adventure reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
